I worked with Wayne and another gentlemen yesterday morning, I had an emergent crisis and a pipe froze in my bathroom. Wayne and his team responded immediately gave me honest suggestions on how to resolve the issue and I'm happy to say that the pipe is now unfrozen I would highly recommend this Company and I use them again.

They did a really great job of plowing my driveway, after the recent snowstorms. They went above and beyond my expectations, and were very nice.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Allstar Property Management was frustrating from start to finish.

I initially reached out because my father had been hospitalized, and I live out of state. I simply needed someone to provide lawn care at his home in Akron while he was unable to maintain the property. I explained that the situation was time-sensitive and that I was preparing for a military deployment.

Despite contacting them on April 1st, it took over two weeks to get a straightforward answer. Communication was extremely poor. Messages frequently went unanswered, I had to repeatedly follow up, and on multiple occasions I was told someone would contact me, only for that never to happen.

The most frustrating part was that I wasn't asking for anything complicated—just a quote for routine lawn mowing. Instead, I spent days trying to get basic information and repeatedly explaining the same situation. Even after providing the address, lot details, and mowing requirements, it was difficult to get a clear response. I requested phone calls several times because the text conversation was dragging on without resolution, but those requests were largely ignored.

Eventually, I received pricing, but only after extensive follow-up and unnecessary delays. By that point, the lack of professionalism and urgency had already left a poor impression.

I understand that businesses get busy, but when a customer explains that they are dealing with a hospitalized parent and an upcoming military deployment, better communication should be the bare minimum.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Allstar Property Management due to their slow response times, poor communication, and lack of customer service.
