Asked a few times to discuss on phone. she wouldn't call. She just emailed saying she wanted a proof of funds. all we are requesting is A CMA. In exchange for giving.her the listing. Got absolutely nowhere
Just realized she wanted a proof of funds and to lock us in as our buyers agent.. all we want is a CMA takes 5 minutes and also sets up an ongoing business relationship of continuous listings.
I suppose a phone call would have helped but she just talked down toe like I was a no one and was a bad experience.

Hi Kevin! You asked me to do something illegal and unethical for a property that you do not own. Both of these properties are owned by senior citizens. I will not risk my license by partaking in illegal activities or creating documents that these homeowners will be liable for. God bless
