I'm a busy mom of 3 that is not going to hit the gym and get all sweaty at 5am, which is the only time I'd be able to go. After having three children, I had gained a little weight with each child and never lost it all. I was ready to make a change so that I could feel good in my own skin. Joe came along side always encouraging me that I was capable and could accomplish my goals. He changed up my workouts for me so I'd never get bored and he really helped me with my nutrition to see how many calories I should be eating and where I should be getting those calories from. I was able to do those workouts in my own home while teaching my children the importance of physical fitness. He's very knowledgeable and most importantly to me, I never felt like he looked down at me because I was fat. I have been training with Joel for about 6 months now. He has helped me to improve my MMA and self-defensive techniques. He is working with me on my striking, kicking, boxing, and takedowns. I am impressed with his enthusiastic passion for the sport and martial arts, and his willingness to work at the pace that I need and his patience with giving me the extra time when needed. Joel is always on time and is very flexible with scheduling the days and times that do not interfere with my school and work schedule. The quality of Joel's teaching, techniques, and professionalism is very good. Overall, my experience is positive and there is nothing that I would recommend he changes.
Mr. Doyle is a GREAT instructor. He definitely goes Above and Beyond my expectations. He is always on time and often goes a little longer than scheduled to explain the movement until I understand. I have been working with him for a year now. I started out learning karate 2 days a week for 1 hour. After a few months, he became my Personal Trainer. We meet every Sat. am for 30-45 minutes. I look forward to my sessions with Mr. Doyle. I now attend 4-6 classes each week and work with Mr. Doyle in a private lesson. I've lost 50 lbs., toned up and gained new muscle. We add a little more to my regime every few weeks. So now I attend kickboxing and yoga at the studio as well. When I started last year, I was completely out of shape, suffering from uncontrolled diabetes(taking 2 different insulin shots, 1 at every meal) and had constant knee and shoulder pain. It was hard in the beginning, but Mr. Doyle encouraged me to keep going and to only do what I could do without injuring myself. He was very patient, but pushed me to do just a little more each class. With each class I attended, I got stronger, started losing weight and felt healthier. My Doctor took me off 1 of my insulins and the other is now only 2 times a day. The pain in my knees and shoulders went away as I built muscle. I love working with Mr. Doyle and seeing the results of the hard work we been put into it. I encourage anyone interested in getting healthier to work with Mr. Doyle. With him YOU get Results. Don't let anything hold you back from the life you dream of.
Mr. Kauffman is an amazing instructor. He works with the students on a closer basis than most academies. My son absolutely loves this place and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've worked with Aaron on various occasions and all of them have been a great experience. I'm an ectomorph who struggled for years being extremely thin and in horribly weak shape. At 25 years old I was 5'11" 126 lbs and ate a horrible diet. I was lethargic all the time, was in constant pain in my joints, and had lingering back pain that I couldn't seem to get rid of. When working with Aaron one of the first things he coached me on was eating a more balanced diet that would pertain to my needs of gaining quality muscle and to feed my body with the nutrients I needed to make the progress that I was looking for. He then guided me through workouts emphasizing proper form and technique for maximum results that pertained to my particular needs. On top of the tips on dieting and finding a good routine for me, one of the most exciting benefits I've learned from Aaron about proper exercise that's complimented by a good self massage routine, is my lack of back pain anymore. Being an avid golfer I would be tight and in pain a few months out of the year. But through Aaron showing me self massaging techniques I have managed to keep a good, strong, solid, and balanced core to keep me enjoying golf as much as I'd like without the constant annoyance of never ending back tightness. After using a few trainers in my past it was nice to finally find a knowledgeable, non pushy, enthusiastic trainer who truthfully is interested in helping people be healthier and live a better quality of life. Would highly recommend to anyone.
If your looking to learn Martial Arts for Self Defense or for the History of it this is the School to attend. Classes are small which allow the Teachers to work you more closely. I would highly recommend the school to young or old.
