The 2 college boys who came to help us were great! Friendly, hard working, and overall very pleasant. They even helped us out by letting us use their tools since we had already packed ours. Would definitely hire this company again!

All of the thanks to our Ohio team: Mateusz Ziarno (team lead), Kelsey Holmes, John Baker. Like the team that loaded our stuff in Atlanta, Mateusz, Kelsey, and John were excellent. They were on time, professional, and treated our stuff with care. They managed to get all of our heavy book boxes, bookcases, a bunch of furniture and a large sofa into the new place. They were so careful with our stuff and made sure everything ended up in the right place. Like Atlanta, the Ohio guys were also so nice and friendly. Its pretty awesome to have excellent service from two different teams across multiple states. Impeccable service all around and worth every penny! I also want to include a shout out to Gavin Raiteri (our driver) and Ben Oates (our moving coordinator). Gavin safely transported our stuff from Atlanta to Cleveland and was really helpful with tips for our own drive. Ben was very attentive and answered all of our questions about the move. I wrote this in my review of Atlanta Bellhops, but wanted to include it here for anyone thinking about hiring the company for your next move. Do it! This was our first time using a moving company. Weve always moved by ourselves because the big name moving companies dont seem trustworthy. A friend recommended Bellhops, and her recommendation, plus the stellar online reviews finally got us to cave. We are so happy we did. What an awesome company with wonderful teams.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Straightforward pricing:
You only pay for the time your move requires, with no surprises (Moves with trucks have a one-time base fee plus the hourly rate).
For moves with trucks there is a 3 hour minimum.
For labor-only moving help there is a 2 hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Build your moving plan and schedule online or over the phone in minutes:
Tell us what you need, and we'll tailor your moving services and match you with the most-qualified movers. Book for free and pay only a deposit after 48 hours. The rest is due once your move is complete.
2) Meet your movers:
On the night before your move, you'll receive an e-mail that includes a photograph of each mover so that you’re greeted by familiar faces on moving day.
3) Relax while Bellhop carries out the job:Your lead mover will get in touch on the day of your move to let you know your team is on its way. Once your movers arrive, they’ll conduct a brief walk-through, take note of any special instructions you have, and then get moving. You will also be provided with a QR code to clock the team in and out, giving you control over the hours you will be billed.
