Dan was happy to take my money after installing approx. 22 arbs. He said they were under warranty for one year. I had 2 arbs that ended up dying during the first year. I sent him a picture of them and he said yes he would warranty them. The install date was summer of 2013, those 2 arbs are still half dead. He always says he will come to replace them...
I would not recommend Dan to anyone I know.

So far, so good. Dan did not hesitate when I asked to meet him at my house to look things over before deciding to hire him. Additionally, he and his team have always been there when he says they will. I'm looking forward to what I trust will be continual great service from Shaffer Landscaping. I'm also looking forward to keeping Shaffer on for my snow removal needs.
