Before launching MAVEN & Co., I led Positive Life Haven, where I specialized in mindfulness-based coaching and wellness consulting as a Reiki Master Teacher and Positive Psychology Practitioner. That experience still informs my approach—centered, intentional, and rooted in lasting transformation.

There’s no other way to say it, Denise changed my life. And continues to do so. I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve recommended friends do try reiki as a result of what I’ve experienced with Denise.
