- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for The Etiquette Transformation Program is contingent upon the needs of each customer or group of customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working with a new customer isn't typical at all. Each customer has certain desires and needs i.e., business, dining, social, etiquette skills. Also, adult, teens, and children would be treated differently, as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education includes business management at Golden Gate University, S.F., CA, Business studies at Notre Dame College, S.E., Ohio, Sawyer College of Business, Cleveland Hts., Ohio ('80), Dyke College, Cleveland, Ohio ('79). My past work experience includes legal, corporate, educational, human resources, business ownership, and ministry volunteering. I am a wife of 30 years, widowed, a mom of two lovely daughters and six grandchildren.
