Hello, my name is Gary B I am writing this review from my wife profile because when I try to correct the review that I wrote from my profile, it does not give me an option to update or remove the review. You will see on this service provider reviews a review from me very upset because he did not meet me when I flew into town for him to check out the house. This was a miscommunication and I jumped too fast to write a review that was negative against a man that I find to be Decent and honorable.
Mark did go out to our place and checked everything out and even offered to reimburse me for the plane ticket that it cost me to get to Cleveland to meet him which again I find very honorable.
Now for reasons outside of his control right now he’s unable to do our house, but he did find another service provider that may be able to help us and he did not have to do this so we greatly appreciate Mark!!!
I wish that I could update or just remove that review because he does not deserve it but hopefully this five star review here removes the battery from hurting his score. If anyone has any questions about this being an authentic review written by the original owner that wrote the negative review again, my name is Gary and you can call me directly. We are thrilled with the three bathrooms updated by Apollo. Plumbing, tile work, cabinet installation and wallpaper are all very attractive. They worked efficiently and were very clean. Couldn’t be happier!

While it took awhile to get started (hurricane's disrupt supply lines) the wait was well worth it. My home looks beautiful. The guys were promptly there everyday at 8 and were professional. They explained eveything to me and kept me at ease. If your on the fence about siding your house or roofing give this place a call. Trust me you'll be glad you did.

I am so glad that I heard of Thumbtack because it led me to Mark Viny and Apollo builders who recently vinyl sided my house. I met with 4 other companies for an estimate and I am so glad I went with Apollo builders because not only were they by far the least expensive but they did a great job on my house. My house has been transformed and Mark was so easy to work with. The whole process was stress free. Mark got back to me right away every time I called with questions and would even call me if he was going to be 5 minutes late to my house for a meeting. His crew was wonderful and got my house done in two and a half days. They also did extras for me at no extra charge. It is evident that Mark takes pride in the finished product and wants his customers to be happy. I am so excited about my house and am grateful for Mark and his crew for making the process so easy and affordable.
