Abdias, was very cordial and professional. The entire time he was in my home performing his work, he talked me through the process and made me feel very confident that he would resolve the issue, which he did! He is very personable, and possesses a high level of knowledge in his field. I have kept in touch with Abdias after he finished his work at my residence. Although he delivered great customer service, I was most impressed with how highly he spoke of his family(wife and kids) I truly feel like I gained a friend that day. Abdias is a great person to know and I support him in all of his future endeavors.
