Dwight responded to my request for emergency plumbing repair within the hour, went to my property & had bought parts, had the problem repaired within 2 hrs… in a level 3 snow emergency! With the snow storm, I was afraid I wouldn’t find anyone who would be willing to fix a leak, but Dwight did & did a good job! Reasonable prices & fast service. That’s exactly what I needed! Really impressed with K & Dee plumbing! I originally posted a Thumbtack request because we had a toilet that was leaking through the kitchen. We had already purchased a new toilet and had planned to install it within the next few weeks, but because the old one had a leak, I called K & Dee to see if they could repair it. He wisely suggested that they just go ahead and replace the toilet and it was a complicated new electric smart bidet toilet so required a little bit more work. He finished the job he was on and was able to come to our house within two hours, recognizing the urgency of having the old toilet leaking through the kitchen. He and his wife were very professional and gave us a fair estimate and completed the work in a timely fashion with great communication. He was also honest that he was not the right person to repair the sheet rock that he had to cut into the kitchen ceiling, and that we should find someone else for that. He let us know that before he cut into the ceiling. The installation of the toilet was perfect and we love it in the bathroom! I will definitely use them again.
