- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give upfront pricing, so there is never a guess of what the job will cost. Dispatch Fee:$40.00 (will waive with repair over $200.00) *****All jobs will be collected on the same day the job is completed***** ***** On jobs with material over $100.00, I will collect the material cost upfront and the balance of the job, once complete.*****
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally come out to your property and look at whatever issue you are having. I will give you a quote for the job and you decide if you would like to move forward or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my master license in West Virginia, and Kentucky. I also have a plumbing contractors license in both Ohio and West Virginia
