Shane was great! Very professional, and very informative! He came to fix a broken water line for our fridge, have it ready for the new fridge to be installed, and explained how everything worked in terms I understood. He even let me know that some of the other 30 year old plastic valves to our dishwasher/toilet may need replaced in order for new appliances to be installed, but didn't put any pressure on us! This was GREATLY appreciated, because I would rather not be surprised by these things in the near future, he made sure to think ahead!

Installed walk in shower. Explained the process of having to move water lines from one wall to the other, and how long the project would take. They came in right as planned and budget. Great work and very pilot.
