We price each job with a flat rate, so you know exactly what you're paying. No guesswork, no crossing your fingers and hoping the tech finishes early, just fair honest prices. Whether it takes us 5 minutes or 5 hours to complete the repair, you can rest easy knowing what price you will pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take down your particulars, i.e your name, where the service will take place, and which appliance you're having troubles with. Then we pick the earliest time window that works for you. Then we get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
