I chose Cap City Paving to do my driveway based on reviews, its vet-owned status, and my contact person Nicole’s knowledge and enthusiasm for the company. The workers were efficient and took pride in their completed work. It looks awesome. You won't be sorry when you hire them.

Over the summer, I was looking for a company to install a new driveway at my home and found it nearly impossible to get anyone to call me back. Cap City Paving was the only company to contact me immediately, and they maintained close, proactive communication from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive without ever feeling pushy or sales-driven. A huge, special shout-out to Nicole, one of the owners. I was having a difficult time trying to navigate the city permit process on my own, but Nicole stepped in and completely took over. When the city initially pushed back, she stayed on top of the local bureaucracy, kept me updated, and even met with me at my property multiple times to ensure everything was perfectly aligned. Because of her persistence, I ended up getting exactly what I originally wanted instead of having to completely change it and acquiesce to the city. Her friendly, helpful attitude turned a stressful situation into a breeze. The installation crew was equally fantastic. They were respectful, professional, and incredibly hardworking. When they finished the project, they went above and beyond with the cleanup, leaving my entire property immaculate. The driveway looks absolutely gorgeous, and the customer service was unmatched. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Nicole and her team were a pleasure to work with. They made sure to stay in contestant contact through out the whole process which was very reassuring. Could not be more happy with the result and the extra care the team took to do the job right. Would recommend to anyone needing paving done.
