I wasn't home at the time, but My family made contact with Robert, and he was able to instruct my family member how to turn off water until he was able to get there. Mr. Lobos was able to determine a greater issue that was causing this symptomatic problem with my toilet. The fix was simple to the toilet, and he was able to clear a line that unknowingly was causing other problems in my home. His follow up on how to properly conduct preventative maintenance in my home has helped me to sustain open lines in an older home without issue. I am so glad to have come home to a problem solved with no damage to my property due to to his expertise and communication. Becky S. says, "I called Nick and Russ on a Friday afternoon about water in my basement under the furnace. I thought there was something wrong with the furnace. Nick and Russ came after their last appointment and worked from 5-9. They immediately recognized the problem was NOT the furnace, but a broken sump pump on the other side of the basement. (Where there was no water coming up) I peppered them with questions about the pipes, where they went, and how the sump pump empties into the main drain of the house. They patiently answered everything in laymen’s terms so I could understand it. Some companies would have left then, but they went out late at night bought a sump pump. And came back and installed it the same night. They also squeegeed the wet carpet and brought fans in to help it dry. I am so relieved they solved that stressful situation, even though it was 9:00 and they still had an hour to drive home. They were such ethical hardworking men. If I could give more than 5 stars I would."See more
