Larry, Roger and team are thoroughly professional and friendly. They finished our basement as per the contract and even did other work which is not in contract as well. They were very helpful and patient in talking to the city of Delaware to get all the required permits. The quality of work is great.

I hired Larry and his team to repair and remodel my children’s bathroom after a leak that cause pretty extensive damage. Larry came out right away to give me and estimate and started demo and repairs immediately. These guys do amazing work, and are very trustworthy. They also installed new baseboard in my house, repaired drywall, and put new casing on some doors. I will continue to hire Larry and his crew for all of my future needs. These guys are top notch!

Larry is an excellent contractor. He has an ironclad work ethic and takes pride in doing things correctly. For weeks he was always there bright and with a plan and always on-site with his crew to keeps things moving forward efficiently. This crew did more in the first two days than our last contractor did in two months, and they were a joy to work with from start to finish. Larry is a pro who is able to glance at a room and provide you with a flood of info on how to improve the space and look out for issues. For instance, while installing durock and drywall in our bathroom, he was able to see behind the sink opening of the drywall that the stair landing was in need of support. He showed me the bowing and splintering wood, and after getting the go-ahead, fixed it right away. He came across dozens of things that he knew we’d want to address. Our project involved fascia, eaves, gutters, stucco, paint, drywall, carved banisters, built custom shelving, windows, leveling, and more. Let’s just say it was a large project full of many jobs. And I waited until the end of our large project to review so that he wouldn’t be hired away from us!

Larry did an excellent job taking out a wall and putting up a header in our home! I got multiple quotes and ultimately went with larry because he seemed the most professional, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Very happy with the result! Easy to work with and gave us honest opinions about what workI will be calling him again for more projects around our home.

I do itemized bids, you know each task and its price

Understanding just what the customer is asking/wanting me to do. Most of my estimates are labor only I give a customer itemized labor bids whereas they can pick out the product that they want installed and purchase it, which helps them to be involved in the job they want completed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot of Hands-On training that can only be accomplished from the many years that I have been working, I am licensed for mold removal, pest control and have a contractors license.
