Introduction: We specialize in clean interior and exterior paint work. We have many references and most of our client base has been realtors, restaurant owners and of course residential home owners. Although paint is our main focus, we are highly adaptable and creative and we love taking on a variety of other projects such as: Full Bathroom Remodels, Tile work, fence building and installation, Faux painting, and more. The best feeling is seeing the happy and satisfied faces of our customers when they see the work we have done. Our favorite thing to do is to take a before and after picture. It feels amazing seeing all the hard work come together to create a fresh, new feeling space.

I met Pat through a mutual friend. I spoke with him via email and phone a couple times before I even agreed to offer him then job (I'm kind of anal-retentive about getting all the details before spending any money), he was polite, informative and most importantly courteous when faced with what probably seemed like an adroit military barrage of questions. Upon arriving at my facility Pat went straight to work, shuffling effortlessly around me and working very quickly. I was immediately impressed with the amount of precision he displayed while working so swiftly. A day later (much more timely than I originally assumed) Pat finished painting and promptly started clean up. I helped him move a few bigger things back to their original position while exchanging small talk and giving him information I had on a possible lead for another job. Overall my experience working with Pat was Phenomenal, he even found a minute to fix the slow leak I had had on one of my bathroom sinks without even saying anything! Great job Pat. A+

I loved.... LOVED the job that Pat did for us! I originally hired him to paint just our living room (on VERY short notice- which is also impressive) and then when I saw what an amazing job he did I asked him to stay to paint our bathrooms and our master bedroom. He did an AMAZING job! I will be bringing h back very soon for the Rey of our bedrooms and our kitchen! He was friendly, punctual, swift but also did a fabulous job! If you have the opportunity to work with Patrock Bradley (especially Pat) go for it! You will NOT be disappointed!

Pat and Brad were so professional, they treated our home like their own and made recommendations based on what they would do for themselves, not what was quick and easy. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to start any job by simply coming out and looking at what needs done and meeting new clients face to face. We love what we do and that means we genuinely love talking to you about your projects.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There's truly noting that satisfies is more than looking at a completed project. We love to take before and after pictures and see where we started and where we ended up. Recently we completed an entire exterior of a home in Upper Arlington that included repairs, minor landscaping and powerwashing. It felt amazing to be back out in the spring weather and to get it done and stand back and look at how great it turned out.
