Great experience with Terrell and his team! They were on time and did a great job moving all my furniture and boxes, then cleaning the old apartment.Terrell did a great job cleaning the carpets and all surfaces.I was able to get my deposit back without any issues. Service was fast and good quality.

On time. Very thorough! Super nice and personable. Stayed and extra hour because new condo was dirtier than expected without being asked to finish the job to his high standards. Ran thru what he would do and provided nice summary of everything that ended up being done in the end. Great deep clean! Highly recommend!

Terrell drove over an hour to do the cleaning, so I could tell he was passionate about his job beforehand - and it became even more apparent after I saw the finished job. He did very well, and I would absolutely hire him again.

Prompt arrival of his two person team on a Saturday morning. They performed a move-in cleaning for me. Pricing was competive. Terrell made a point to meet me at the condo after all work was completed and ensure my expectations were met. I had a few concerns and he was quick to rectify those areas before I paid him. Overall a great experience!

To start off, the ONLY reason this isn't a five star review is because there were some scheduling hiccups (which I do not believe is a common occurrence and for which he apologized profusely). Once we got that sorted out, the experience was gold. Terrell drove all the way from Columbus to Dayton to do my move-out cleaning. Due to said scheduling hiccup, he was alone. I admit, I was skeptical, but he laid those concerns to rest quickly. He cleaned my entire house, two floors and a basement, and shampooed one of the carpets in about five hours. The house looked better than when we moved in. Apparently during the inspection they found one or two small things that were missed, but I don't even know what they are because I didn't notice anything. I think they were just nitpicking. He definitely takes great pride in his work. I'd absolutely recommend him to others.
