We needed to replace a small piece of carpet that was damaged from a heat gun. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. While there we also showed him a piece of luxury vinyl flooring that had a hole in it. He said they could replace that piece right there and then. He was in and out in under an hour and the price was more than fair.

I had new stairs put in by a carpenter and needed the upstairs carpet tacked and stretched to terminate at the top of the stairs. I sent a message in the app at 11:15am on Saturday and by 12:20pm, the work was done. He was out here right away and quickly took care of the project.
