- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To new customers I say," let's eat"! We welcome new customers in the process is simple. Start by letting us know what kind of event you're celebrating, what's your budget, types of food you like, types of food to avoid because of allergies if any, and our culinary team will create a couple budget minded menus for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our executive chef is a self-taught chef with over 30 years of experience. He has trained in,New York, London, Barcelona, Paris, Rome Italy. By Immersing himself in the food and culture of these regions he's gained first-hand knowledge and experience of the current cuisine's of these regions. That knowledge is reflected in the food, and presentations that we present to our clients. When you eat our food it's like being teleported to the region where the food originated from.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with small medium and large parties. We've done intimate affairs such as anniversaries for two people, performers and entertainers performing at venues in Columbus, nonprofit groups, graduations and weddings serving over 500 guest."Creating Food that Excites the Senses", is what we do. We create Fresh and Healthy, Gourmet Food, made from Scratch. We specialize in Corporate Events, Dinners in the dark Parties, Theme Weddings, Event Planning, Tailgate, In-home Private Chefs, Box Lunches, Mobile pizza oven, and Breakfast & Lunch Delivery!
