My AC was out and I contacted TemperaturePro Columbus I received a text less than a hour with a available time. Now this was on a Sunday and the Temp was 90 degrees. Robert came out on time and was in and out less than a hour. Price was so reasonable. He was so friendly,professional and was ver informative. What a blessing and my air is on and working fine.

Had a mess of a problem that John sorted out for me. Did everything he could to keep costs low and refrain from needing to do a total replacement. Got me checked out and quoted for repairs within a day and was able to get a tech out to complete the repairs the following day. Loved their willingness to work through the issue and find agreeable terms rather than just throwing in the towel and recommending replacements.

Always right on time, very professional attitude, and both communicated well. The job went quicker than I thought it would. Overall, the bathroom exhaust fan, piping, and exit out of the roof was excellent craftsmanship. My only issue was that blown in insulation from the attic and a bathroom somehow got all over my bed, all the clothes laying on them, inside all my shoes etc. But the good news is Sheri quickly reached out And we came to an arrangement that would negate my inconvenience. So despite having a little hiccup with my project, I am overall very satisfied with Temperature Pros Team...they do good hvac work and are very professional. I will definitely look to them for future hvac needs.
