- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing for services, but as servicing a computer can either be a basic thing or much more complex ordeal, we normally suggest a cheep diagnostic so we can give you an estimate on how much a total repair will cost will be. While we aren't listing prices here, if you deal with us, you will see that our prices are hard to beat and the service we render is top notch.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had an interest in computers in general. I have had access to one since I was a child, and because I had such passion for learning how computers work, it made since for me to open a business so I could apply the knowledge I have gained over the years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers. We have worked for businesses and for residental customers.
