Contact me for pricing. Pricing may vary depending on the age of the computer, model, condition, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to gather as much information as possible from my customers to go along with troubleshooting and diagnosing their problems. I'm very patient with customers and like to take my time resolving their computer issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 9 years of experience working in the IT field and various computer jobs for customers around the Columbus, Ohio area.
