Introduction: I'm an Independent Computer Technician that provides computer repair services to all of Central Ohio and other surrounding areas. I have built a great reputation around the city of Columbus that people can trust to service their daily computer needs. I operate out of my home office to give customers 24 hour service availability if needed. I take pride in genuinely helping people with their computer and guiding them in the right direction for their technology needs. I enjoy the challenges that come along with some repair jobs to help me become a better technician, and I enjoy picking up different skills, tools, and resources that will help my customers.

My computer was acting funky! It kept saying my operating system was fake and it wouldn't connect to any WiFi anywhere! Dallas was professional and patient. He kept me posted about every step he made during the 3 days of repair. He was even affordable! When I got my computer back he made sure it worked right in front of me and he upgraded me from Microsoft Office 2010 to 2013! I love it!!!! My computer connects to WiFi beautifully now! This is the place you want to go. :)

I had an issue with accessing my PC boot options menu. Dallas was able to help resolve the issue in a fairly timely manner. I would contact him again in the future for services if necessary.
