Totally satisfied with the repairs and customer service. Computer was fixed in a timely manner. Cost was fair and reasonable for the service. Would use again if ever needed.

Richard replaced a laptop screen, performed a pc tune up, removed viruses from my machine, for a reasonable price, service from Richard and Helen were very good

I took my Dell All-in-one in to have a damaged power jack repaired. After I left, Richard looked at it, realized the potential damage to my motherboard in replacing the jack, and hired it out to be repaired at no extra cost to me. I appreciated his care with my machine. He also did an assessment and informed me of unneccesary programs that were slowing down my computer. Overall, an excellent experience. Will gladly do business with them again!

Richard checked me in on a day they were closed which he didn't have to do. His wife called the next day and explained what was wrong and cost to repair. She offered many options to help with payment which I thought was impressive. Both Richard and his wife are extremely friendly and personable. I'm very satisfied with the service.
