I had a very positive experience. Samuel brought a keyboard to replace the malfunctioning one in my laptop. Once he took it apart, he discovered that the malfunction was actually due to loose connections. He repaired the connections and only charged me for the work he did. He did a good job communicating, showed up when promised and fixed the problem in less than an hour. So much better than dropping off at big box electronic store and waiting 2 weeks it to be fixed. Would definitely recommend him and will use him again if the need comes up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor is $65 per computer or device
Labor for other IT services such varies but starts at $65
Travel to get parts is $10 if far outside of Columbus Area
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls for service, I get a brief description of the problem you are having with your computer. I provide the fee and any information I have at the time regarding any issues or needs. Since we are mobile only I only need the customer to provide their name and address.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Computer Repair Technician and Networking Technician since high school, certification courses, and training.
