Terrell just finished cleaning my condo and did a stellar job. He goes above and beyond. He cleaned things that hadn't been cleaned since I moved here 20 years ago. He's a hard worker...doesn't dilly dally and knows how to do his job. He's a very polite and friendly young man. I liked him the instant I saw him. Now I don't think I would be happy with anyone other than Terrell cleaning my condo in the future. And, oh my gosh! I can't believe how reasonable his rate is.

What a life saver!! His work is great and his prices are extremely affordable. What I like best about Mr. Lewis is that he actually works while on a project; no random breaks or phone calls, no "I'll be back shortly" and no surprises. He shows up on time, completes the work and sends the invoice; all about the business! No need to baby set, he's on top of it and I love that. I have condo units and he has been a true blessing!!

I was hesitant when I started looking for a new inspector to check a condo we were purchasing. I had a long trusted inspector that was used for many years. He was not available when we were looking for someone, and I had to turn to seeing who could fit us in. Matt fit us in within a couple of days. Matt was incredibly courteous and thorough. He answered any questions we had and taught us so much while going through the inspection. Most importantly, he caught things that were not caught before and when researched, taught my husband and I, our agent and even the previous inspector something new. He checked every nook and cranny and got the report, complete with pictures of any problems back in a timely manner. I would use AND recommend Matt to anyone looking for an inspection on the purchase of their new home. They will come away from that appointment being well educated and feeling much more confident that their purchase is a good one.

I had almost given up on property management companies and was close to selling my investments. When Real Estate Pros was suggested to me on this site, I decided to give it one more try. The main issues were marketing, finding tenants, repairs, and especially fees. I was contacted quickly by a knowledgeable professional. Marketing was done with crisp photos and quality video. I saw my properties pop up on many real estate sites. I was pleased with the methods used to find me tenants that were responsible and could be trusted. I no longer wanted to be directly involved in house repairs. This was also taken care of by Real Estate Pros. I now pay a very fair flat rate fee each month instead of a percent that was always increasing. I normally don’t write reviews, but in this case was happy to do so.
