Ron, I am so appreciative of all you did to clarify things for me and help my son and teammates achieve the necessary certification for their CPR/AED certification. My son said you were super cool, the hands on was valuable as he learned some things and he had fun! Thank you!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
CPR/AED, First Aid or BLS are typically $40 per person. First Aid can be added to any class for $20. Traveling time/distance to client may change the price minimally as well as the addition of print material.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients we like to discuss the goals for the class and how they may put their certification to use. We can tailor a class to the clients needs. We like to see what situations may arise, discuss options and come up with an action plan for response.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Paramedic since 1999. Firefighter since 1999. CPR, ACLS, and PALS Instructor since 2008. Training center coordinator since 2015.
