I had the pleasure of working with Chase! Not only is he reliable, communicative, and skillful in what he does, but he's also an honest individual. There's a saying, "you get what you pay for," and it's true with him. I had him repair some holes in my living room floor (that didn't have a subfloor); other contractors insisted they would have to remove a significant portion of the area, while Chase only had to take out one panel to correct the issues (he fixed a total of 2 holes, and 4-5 panels that were sinking). He's also very knowledgeable; I shared other projects that I'm working/planning on, and he provided valuable tips and insights on what I should or shouldn't do. I really appreciate his honest feedback! Definitely going to be using/asking him more in the future (we're already in communication about adding more electrical outlets in on of my room)
