I am a seasoned veteran in fixing things around the house. I have had decades of experience performing almost any job and can handle a wide range of repairs, including trade skills (light electrical and plumbing), fixture insulation, repair work, and maintenance work, for both the interior and exterior of the home. I have vast experience in older home renovations and repairs, as well as experience in new build, residential and commercial construction. No jobs are too big or small -references upon request. I am a pet friendly finish carpenter.
I enjoy people and the variety of the work. Additionally I enjoy job challenges and taking initiative to get things accomplished.

Immensely helpful. Had some water damage but didn't know exactly why so Jim came out and took a look. After looking at where the stains where and investigating the situation he was able to piece together some things I hadn't mentioned that occurred in my bathroom. Was very knowledgeable and insightful. He suggested some things to do to fix the area as well as to prevent further damage. He proposed to monitor the issue some more before ripping out any dry wall, which had he recommended I probably would have gone along with. He was incredibly nice and I would say 100% if the issue continues I will be calling Jim to handle the problem. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Jim promptly arrived at 7am and did a great job! He made sure to clean up the area before leaving and ensured that we were satisfied with his work. He also provided great recommendations for maintenance. I will definitely use his services again very soon.

Jim arrived promptly at the time we agreed on. He even offered to run and purchase a part that I had forgot to pre-purchase with my materials. When he ran into an issue with the shower door I had purchased he stayed late into the evening to ensure the job was done and perfect. Definitely will use again!
