Introduction: I’ve been a dog trainer for over 5 years now and love to help families get to better understand their dogs way of thinking. Opening up the line of communication through obedience training is key to having the best relationship with your dog. I do require evaluations, a face to face sit down with owner and dog at your home prior to doing training. The eval price gets discounted if you choose to sign up for a training program! Certified dog training, dog walker, pet sitter and pet CPR certified.

Lockie is amazing! My pup has been to many different trainings and working with Lockie was really the best experience. At eight years old, he is finally off-leash trained! He's such a good boy, I didn't even think it was possible. Lockie is really flexible with scheduling and so great to work with. Hendrix is always very excited when he sees her!

Lockie saved us!! Our boxer/Pitt mix Bailey was a rescue and when we got her she was a very social girl and enjoyed dog parks and puppy play dates! After our son Was born we started to notice some protective and aggressive tendencies. She even jumped fences to get to other dogs. We bought a house and finally had a backyard for her but we were scared to even let her off leash due to all of our neighbors having dogs. I couldn’t even walk her without my husband because she would lunge and growl and I could not physically control her. In come Lockie… we started training with Lockie and it changed our lives. After her program we have a dog that I can confidently walk with a toddler as well. Bailey now has freedom in her own yard and we are not in constant fear of her jumping the fence. If you’re on the border about doing dog training do it!! It’s the best money we have spent. Not only does it make my life easier but Bailey has a better quality of life now too! Training with Lockie was the best thing we ever did for our dog. Our dog is now the best walker in the neighborhood and we get compliments about her training all the time. It is so much fun to walk with our dog & work on the training that we learned from Lockie. And it stuck (unlike other dog training program we tried before A+ Dogs)! Lockie is very professional and knowledgeable about dogs and clearly passionate about what she does. I also love the information packets she provides in case we need a quick reminder on how to initiate a command.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyone has to do the $45 evaluation prior to any training but the eval price gets is included and discounted if you choose to sign up for a program. (1-3,1-6, or 1-12)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Eval to get a face to face and figure out the best route of training. Then doing lesson bi weekly max of 6 weeks at one time or weekly lessons for a year.
