- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices do vary greatly by job and cost of parts. Service call fee is waived if hired for the job, not the final price. Many need evaluated beforehand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction, inspection of the problem, and then typically immediate work unless the issue requires prep work first. Everything is explained to the customer step by step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I rely on many years of experience as a commercial/residential plumber.
