Nate from PTI did a great jon communicating with me before and during the job. The entire experience with PTI was easy and quick. I had a ceiling fan and an external outlet installed. I will use them again.

If I could select all positives I would but they limit it to three. Fantastic company. I sent an inquiry Thursday evening at 6pm and John had a very intricate crystal chandelier installed by 2pm the next day.
We have used PTI for years and will continue to for the foreseeable future. Best group of electricians on central Ohio!

I spent months trying to find an electrician to give me even a quote, but to no avail (I mean, c'mon - how hard is it to pick up a phone or answer a voicemail). HOWEVER, to my benefit, I was given PTI's contact by a friend. They responded immediately and within a day, they showed up to my house for an estimate. That alone eased so much of my stress.
They arrived as scheduled and rewired my garage in no time at all. I didn't know too much about electrical work, but they were very descriptive with what they were doing (I finally know how a GFI works) and were able to work with me to achieve my vision. I can't say my wife is too happy about it but thanks to PTI, I finally have my woodshop up and running!
Now if only I could find a plumber with their level of service, I'll be set.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our residential service rates are $85/hour, two hour minimum plus the price of materials, for small service calls. These jobs are estimated on the spot by a service technician and typically performed the same day. Special jobs and projects, on the other hand, will be estimated by an estimator, who will provide a thorough walk through of the process and get you scheduled with one of our technicians or crews.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we look at projects, we typically go through a careful estimation process to come up with the results for everyone involved. Our in-house consulting services give you the chance to sit down with an electrical engineer so that the outcome of your job is best fit for you needs as a customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are all highly trained electrical specialists, with at least 10 years in the field per journeyman, while our on-staff engineer comes with over 20 years of experience in the field as a contractor and planning consultant.
