- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Portrait Master Studio 11-STEP EXPERIENCE: Step 1: Client Inquiry Step 2: Immediate follow-up with Client (By voice or video message) Step 3: Photographer/Client meeting to discuss needs/desires (In person or virtual) Step 4: Photographer sends Client the proposal Step 5: Proposal is reviewed, agreed upon, and signed Step 6: Retainer is paid Step 7: Begin planning for event Step 8: SHOWTIME!! Step 9: Photo Editing Step 10: Photographer delivers images and all applicable products to Client via Pictime (an online gallery system used by professional photographers to provide digital images to their clients. Also includes an online store.) Step 11: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!! Photographer will request honest feedback of the Client's overall experience in the form of a rating/review.
