ColomA was prompt in their response and came out to give a free quote. He took time to understand our needs and gave us a fair price. On the day of service his partner got sick, but he stayed and completed all projects in one day. He had me check each project and make sure it was up to my standards. ColomA did the following projects: installed a faucet, cat door, security floodlight and doorbell, a ceiling fan, a ceiling light, a new light bulb that was too high for us to reach, washer and dryer hookup, fixed the polarity on all outlets in the house, fixed an outside gate and inside door to make sure they opened and closed more smoothly.

I wanted to select ALL of the options because they are BEYOND excellent. My husband was impressed and hired them on the spot, that has never happened ONCE.
I really think that they will not have time to book new clients soon, if I’m being honest unless they expand. There is NO ONE else hence forward I will contact to touch my house if they can do it or NO ONE else I would recommend. Thank I have already recommended them to SEVERAL people in the Reynoldsburg area.
There is a little language barrier but it’s easy to navigate with technology (translate on iOS or google translate). They communicate with you at EVERY TURN and do a great job keeping the costs low. They take pride in the work and actually seem to enjoy it too ❤️.
That aside, they are very nice people. We enjoyed having them here and hope that anyone they work with in the future treat them with respect and dignity — not just as people doing something in their homes.
They did drywall work, painting, some shower sealing and little odd things all for a very reasonable price and they did stick to their original timeline. I know that once we start packing and looking closer, we may need them to do painting outside (railing, not house itself) but we will let someone else experience the greatness first 😄.

The Coloma team did an excellent job helping me with multiple projects at my house. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find a contractor who could help me with all of my plumbing, electrical, door installation, and carpentry projects but they exceeded expectations.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel drywall repair with Alejandro Coloma due to the nature of the hole itself. He was quick to reply and easy to set an appointment with....polite and understanding. Would definately consider hiring him in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very aware of the economy of our clients, we believe that the communication between the contractor and the client is very important to reach an agreement of mutual satisfaction, we are always open to offers, we also think that the happiness of the client is important for our company, many times we adapt to the reality of the client giving options in which they do not spend a lot of money, we always have promotions and discounts to encourage the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are breaking big barriers by adapting to the language and every day we improve more. The first step with a new client is to make a good estimate where there is clarity in time and pressure, so everything will take a process in time, which is often what the client needs. that we leave their homes as soon as possible because I believe that nobody likes to have people working in their homes for a long time, so we think that the estimate of the work is the first step and communicate all the time with the client so that any doubt or dissatisfaction of the customer is resolved on time.
