Unfortunately, I had bed bugs brought into my house. At that time, I googled bed bugs and found a local independently owned company based out of Grove City. Once I called them, they scheduled the appointment with me and was out very quickly to help take care of my issue. Prior to arriving to treat my house, they had sent me an email on how to prepare my house and belongings. This was extremely helpful and allowed the treatment to be more successful and smooth. At the time of the scheduled appointment, the exterminator (Jason), was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Unfortunately, one bed bug was spotted 4 months later, and Dsicreet Bed Bugs and Pest Control, stood by their 6 month Guarantee and sprayed my house again without out charging me. Also, when they arrived, their trucks were unmarked from having their name on them due to being Discreet and keeping the matter private. Not only that, they were almost half the cost of the commercial companies out there, plus I would rather deal with a small private and professional company. Randy did an excellent job at my home. I felt that he held his self as a great person. I felt safe and comfortable around him. He explained everything that he was going to do to clean my home. He also went out of his way to help my daughter, by that I mean she has two baby dolls that can not go in the dryer/washer because they talk. So he steamed them for me so that she would not have to go for weeks with out them. He explained to me the prep-work that needed to be done and also the after care when he was done with my home. He helped me carry out my kids animal cages. Over all I am going to say that he is good at what he does and he does it very well.

We do not have a set price. We price each just according to how many bedrooms there are in the home and where the home is located within Ohio.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here is a little information about how our treatments work: We use a combination of steam and chemicals to treat. We treat in 2 treatments that are done 7 days apart. We treat every piece of furniture in the entire home as though you've seen them in them everywhere entire if you've only seen them in one room. We offer a no hassle 6 month guarantee. Even if you see one five months down the road we return to your home to treat for free. We have an A+ rating on the B.B.B. and a 5 star rating on Google and Facebook.
