Superior Outdoors have been great to work with from the beginning. John was able to meet right away for a free quote on a privacy fence and explained everything thoroughly and all about the different options in terms of gates, size, and wood. Very laid back and didn't try to upsell like another contractor I got an estimate from.
Once we got a schedule down, they finished the fence in 2-3 days! I felt bad because it was a little cold and rainy but they worked non-stop and the fence looks amazing (photos don't do justice, but so great in person). I would highly recommend Superior Outdoors for the responsiveness, value, and quality. Thanks, John!

John @ Superior Outdoors has been great to work with. Very responsive and professional. I originally called for a fence estimate but he has done much more to my property. Cabinets, interior doors, exterior door, and security doors. I plan on having him do more, including the fence. His price was competitive but after seeing the quality work he has already done I'm confident he will do a good job on the fence. It will be worth your while for him to bid your project.

Wonderful job with my fence. We have a large and complicated fence line and these guys did the job well, on-time and on budget. They’re worth the hire, for sure. And I would gladly recommend them to a friend.

John was professional, smart, personable, and great to work with all around. He listened to our ideas and gave suggestions to ensure that our vision and the reality would work together. In the end, he installed a small basketball court in our backyard (which is awesome!), repaired a large backyard fence and added reinforced gates, which had been poorly installed by someone else, and replaced front porch and step railings. John and his team are very busy--they made time for us, and the whole project was completed within a few weeks of getting an estimate. Highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive because we have so many years in the industry. Once you do the same thing for so long eventually you get pretty fast without losing your eye for detail.
We also offer 10% discounts for repeat customers and always send a little something for sold referrals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started at Wittenberg in accounting, and finished with a construction management degree. Now I can use both
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father's side of the family were all carpenters. My mother's side are all self employed. I guess it's in my blood.
