Dustin is the founder of DPG Senior Signature Solutions and Grimes Financial Group. He has been in the industry since 2009 and he is a full service fiduciary with over 1,000 clients. In 2019, Dustin was hand selected to speak with several members of Federal Congress in Washington DC about his field of expertise. Dustin also trains and mentors hundreds of professionals in the insurance industry and Registered Investment Advisors all over the country. Growing up, Dustin worked in his mothers restaurants and he is a 4th generation business owner. That is where he learned that honesty, integrity, and hard work are the cornerstones to having success in life and in business. Dustin has gone on to train and mentor hundreds of sales professionals in the insurance industry all over the country. He has also served on national advisory boards. As much as Dustin enjoys helping others reach their financial goals, his main passion is his faith and his family. Dustin has been happily married to his wife, Kendall since 2014. Kendall and Dustin have 3 children and are active in their community and church. One of his passions is helping Veterans through a charity he and his clients work with called M.A.S.H which focuses on veterans in need locally and throughout Ohio.
