Introduction: Whether you are interested in individual, pair, or small group training, I've got you covered. Train without boundaries. I specialize is bodyweight training, strength training, weight loss, flexibility and mobility improvement, and prehabilitation. Success comes from your own internal acceptance that a change is needed to achieve your goals. Together, along with some sweat, hard work and proper education on training technique, nutrition, and recovery, you can make that change and break through those boundaries that were once holding you back. Helping others to achieve their goals has always been very rewarding to me, which is why I have been working as a fitness professional for almost a decade. Seeing the continued hard work and determination put it in by my clients makes seeing their progress and success that much better!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I graduated in 2011 from The Ohio State University with a BS in Sport and Exercise​ Leadership/Humanities. I am a current American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer and hold other specialty certifications from FMS (Functional Movement Systems), and am Certified Functional Training Specialist through American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am continuously learning as I believe​ knowledge is key to being a successful and effective trainer.
