Brian is one of the best coaches and teachers I've ever worked with. He cares about his clients, about their well-being and success. He designs workouts specific to each client, with you and your skillset and goals in mind. Brian is so communicative, available when you need him for advice or guidance or just a quick question. He goes above and beyond what is asked of him. I'd be hard-pressed to give a higher recommendation to anyone.
