I hired Abstract Homes, LLC to remodel 2 baths. Tony came out to bid the project, outlined a schedule, measured the spaces and provided me with a detailed bid. The project was to take 3 weeks. Tony and his assistant Tyler arrived on schedule and explained the scope of the project and started demo on the first day. Tony would let me know exactly what would be done every day and that schedule was always met. The 1st bathroom was completed 2 days ahead of schedule. The 2nd bathroom was completed a day ahead of schedule. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to install a new Laundry room floor as there were extra days available to complete the project within the 3 week period. I can't say enough how pleased I am with Tony and Tyler. They have an amazing attention to detail, time management and an incredible work ethic. They are great guys and so easy to work with. These guys are Pros! I have 2 beautiful new bathrooms and laundry room floor. I would highly recommend these guys for your next project. You won't be sorry.

I found Tony through internet search.He was very quick to respond and set up a time to quote the job. From quote to job completion was outstanding. Tony and his assistant were timely, courteous, professional and excellent at home remodel. I knew I made the right choice once I saw the time and care they put into laying out step mats, plastic sheeting, etc...so they wouldn't track anything through my house. They repaired/patched drywall and painted both my bathrooms. They installed a vanity and faucet and added backsplash to both bathrooms. They did this in a little over a day and at a great price. I took numerous business cards from them to pass along to my neighbors/friends because I was so pleased with their work. I will most definitely use them on future projects.

Tony helped with tile, plumbing and general remodeling work for a full overhaul of our master bathroom. I chose Tony based on other reviews here on Thumbtack and could not be happier with my choice. I found Tony (and Thumbtack) after several weeks of trying to track down a quality tile installer elsewhere - in the end it was worth the wait. Tony and his crew were professional, flexible, friendly, and clean. The work they did exceeded our expectations and the price for the work completed was absolutely fair. Tony will be on speed dial for any future home improvement needs.

We had a pretty small job, installing glass mosaic tile around the fireplace. We tried Home Advisor's website first, and called 3 of the recommended professionals. Two of the professionals never answered the phone or called back, and one made an appointment and never showed up or called again after that. I was pleased to find Thumbtack, where within minutes of posting the job Tony responded. He was very professional, quick to answer via text, and showed up early for the estimate and both days on the job. Tony and his associate did a great job installing the tile and also cleaning up afterward! Highly recommended!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would meet at the project at hand to get measurements and see what needs done. I would email a detailed estimate to the customer. Set up a date to start the project with a set amount of time to complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Things change so much with material and the way things are done that it seems we are always learning even if its something we have done a hundred times before.
