I had to arrange a rehearsal dinner long distance (L.A.) for our son's wedding for 30 people. We had rented a house and this was to also be the location of this dinner. Nicole responded immediately and I cannot adequately describe how experienced, professional, helpful, flexible, cheerful (did I say professional?) she was. She kept our costs down and the food (taco bar) was excellent and more than plentiful (easily fed more who showed up!). Her assistant, Jackie, who did the set-up and serving, was fantastic. Truly, you could not do better than Nicole with her extensive menu, experience and professionalism. I can fully understand that she would also rock as an event planner, which we didn't need. DO contact her with whatever you might need for any event of any size or type. Thanks so much, Nicole!

Nicole was awesome on the day of the wedding! She knew the layout of the venue extremely well and was quickly able to put out any fires that came up on the day of the event. The food was awesome and her pricing is extremely reasonable for the level of service that is offered. We even gave her a new menu idea during the menu selection event that turned out very well.
She was very responsive when she needed to be and we didn't have any major issues throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Nicole's Catering. Jackie (event captain) and her servers/bartenders were also very personable and did their jobs well.

The food was great. Nicole really helped me pick out what I needed and guided me to get the right amount for the party. The chicken and cheese quesadillas were the best.

The food was great! I was frustrated at the lack of responsiveness leading up to our event. I often had to reach out multiple times to receive an answer. Overall, for the price I was ok with what we received.
