- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general I wont do something for less than a $75 depending on my schedule and the amount of other tasks involved in the request. Please don't hesitate to ask nonetheless If I can work with you I will.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial discussion of project scope by chat or phone followed by an immediate estimate if possible. I will meet client onsite if the scope and nature of the job requires it. Additional fees may apply for onsite visits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. in Psychology (really relevant to dealing with people in any field) M. Arch I (had a partial educational experience in architecture that bled into a longer career in custom fabrication, furniture, and architectural millwork.)
