I agree with everyone who said Gregg and Carmen are wonderful people. We had a lot of damage to the exterior of our home caused by a wicked hail storm. I called Higgz and ended up not choosing them. I can't comment on the quality of their work. I met with Gregg four times in person and communicated with him on the phone several times. I could not get a handle on what he was thinking because he was so scattered and difficult to talk to. I was barely able to speak because he would talk over me and not listen. During one conversation I got so frustrated that I waited until there was a tiny lull right after he asked me a question about our garage door. I said, "Oh yeah, we painted it orange then burnt it down at a star trek convention." He didn't skip a beat in telling me how I wanted stuff done. He spent most of the time complaining relentlessly about insurance companies. When I told Gregg we decided to go with another contractor he got angry and short with me.
