I learned a hard lesson after my garage door broke. I scheduled the first company to call, and ended up waiting all day for them to show up late and tell me they couldn’t fix it. Then I called Apex and a REAL garage contractor came out. Apex was everything Don’s Garage Door services was not. Unlike Don’s that had been out the day before and very late, Brian was available ahead of time. Don’s said the fix would take back-ordered parts that would take weeks and would cost $800-1000, while Brian with Apex reassured me he could get the parts needed down the street, that they would cost $300 and total of parts & labor would be $500 - half what the other guy wanted. Brian was done in 30 minutes and even tuned up the garage door motor real quick before he left. Punctual, knowledgeable, professional, transparent, and great work for a great price. I should have called Apex first.

Apex first visit was a checkup of my garage door opener. It was about 15 years old. Several minor adjustments were made, and it continued to work. About a week later there was a huge bang and the door could not be opened. Apparently one of the huge springs had broken. An Apex worker came out within hours. Because of the age of the system, they installed a new system that works beautifully, in just hours. They did an outstanding job.

I had an appointment that I had to cancel because I had Covid. When I went to reschedule they asked me how I was doing/if I was feeling better, which I thought was really nice. Brian came and installed my new garage motor. He was quick and efficient. I will use them again if I have any further issues.
