Mike came out within hours, walked me through problems with the garagedoors, and what needed to be done. Also, what may need to be attended to in the future, but not necessary right now, which I appreciated.

I just had my garagedoor fixed by Will from Apex GarageDoor Services and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Will was incredibly professional and focused solely on fixing the important issue without pushing any ambiguous or unnecessary upsells (which I've experienced with other companies). His work quality was top-notch and very detailed. What really stood out was his communication: he explained exactly how the garagedoor works, what the issue was, and what we need to know for the future—both before, during, and after his work was complete. Everything was totally clear. The best part? The price was very reasonable. I called another similar company and their quote was literally 5 times higher than what Will charged. If you need any garagedoor work done, Will is your guy!

Great experience. Garagedoors were inspected and repaired with new openers installed. The technician walked me through the entire setup process so that I knew what I needed to know to keep them running smoothly. Highly recommend.
