- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a quick call or message to understand your issue or project. a trained technician then completes a free on-site inspection, provides a clear diagnosis, and explains all repair or replacement options. Once approved, we complete most repairs the same day. For installations, we schedule promptly and finish with full testing, calibration, and a walkthrough so the customer understands the system and warranty
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed industry-standard garage doors training, including safety certification, spring system calibration, opener installation, and manufacturer-specific training with brands such as Amarr, LiftMaster, and Clopay. In addition, I regularly participate in continuing education to stay updated on the latest tools, safety practices, and installation techniques.
