- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My initial pricing is only the best guess. Once we get into the details of the project will be reflective of that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening. It's all about listening and making sure that the client gets their idea or vision across before questions are asked. So my methodology is to ask what they are look for and listen. After that I feel like an open conversation about likes and dislikes clarify an idea of what a client is looking for. I then like to present the client with 2-4 options and go from there to perfect their vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Journalism (graphic design option), as well as six years of professional experience.
