- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is very fair and cheaper than most mid-sized & larger companies because I do not have the overhead expenses that they will have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to discuss the issue with the customer to ensure or educate the source of the issue and whether its a serious or liability issue. If not I will travel to there residents or place of business to assess and give an estimated quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16/years in the electrical field and also a year of college technical school. I am also certified in 10hr OSHA course training along with CPR. I am forklift certified also able to run machinery bobcats, backhoes & mini-trackhoes. 2- day course in excel windows programming.
