- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always bid my work less than any competitor , for the simple reason i do the job right the first time and dont over charge the customer, so I gain their trust for future work or references
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i would contact the customer to make sure the scheduled time still works for them and then i would arrive at the job site and greet myself and that im pleased to meet them. i would then start to look at the work at hand and refer back with the customer to let them know what i would be doing and for how long the job at hand would take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im self taught from years of experience with my father and brother which were taught by by the generation before that.
