We've used CBI in multiple city's and they always come through. We just had a pipe freeze and break in our rental property and they were out asap. They cut out the ceiling and replaced the pipe. Then drywalled and textured to match in one day. Cant say enough about Mike. He knows the trade and is on top of his game. Connie communicates very well and lets us always know when they are coming and going. Thanks Again CBI!!

I had a plumbing issue yesterday when my toilet fill valve broke and needed immediate assistance. I reached out on Thumbtack, and within 15 minutes Mike called me back and provided a very reasonable price to fix the problem.
Mike arrived promptly at the scheduled time and efficiently replaced both the fill valve and fill pipe. He was polite, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and everything is working perfectly now.
Outstanding service from start to finish. I highly recommend Mike and CPI Property Maintenance for any plumbing or property maintenance needs!

We called CBI to come fix our toilet and to stop it from running. We had another contractor out and they couldn't fix it and stopped answering our phone calls. Mike fixed the valve first and it helped but it still was running. So for no extra cost he went and bought new gaskets and got it to stop running. I'm happy he was persistent and helped us out because we've been paying a big water bill.

We had a huge issue with finding someone who did not want to charge us a arm and a leg for a hot water heater. We called CBI after talking to 5-6 other company's and not only were they a great price they came out the same day! Amazing!
