- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I invite anyone to compare my prices to any Google search. I stay with the minimum, between minimum and maximum price rates on all of the websites. I like Homewyse.com.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet up at the location of the project and I do my inspection. I like to explain the steps and share my thoughts and experience as I see the work. I write a work proposal up and we negotiate a fair deal before the customer signs the contract and pays a deposit of 50%.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father has operated a home repair company my whole life.
